you try and refute the facts first.

According the research
(Long-term US Jamaican, US Costa Rican, LaGuardia studies) Cannabis
users live on average 2 years longer then those who do not smoke or
drink at all.

and Children ... part 1
No
report on Cannabis
Prohibition, Human Rights and the law, could be considered complete
without addressing this issue of cannabis use by young people.
There are proposals to
'legalise' for adult use only, and
restrict access to cannabis similar to alcohol. This suggestion is
inappropriate in many ways, but at its core lies the misconceived
'belief' in some part or other of the Prohibitionists' 'harm-stories',
which the official investigations establish as disproven. This wrong
'belief' is the appalling consequence of years of mendacity, and is the
expression of ignorant fear, not caution.
Alcohol
and drugs are
toxic and addictive. That is why they are
controlled and restricted on several grounds. Cannabis is 100%
non-toxic, and 100% non-addictive.
Controls of alcohol are
emplaced to minimise risks to
children. This is
wholly proper but incomplete without thorough education to make young
people and adults aware of the serious potential for harm which
accompanies alcohol use.
An
additional
consideration against the aforesaid proposal of adults-only
restriction, is that, for as long as doctors are disallowed from
issuing prescriptions for cannabis as Preventive and Curative
medicament, the 'legalising' of cannabis exclusively for adults, leaves
children, parents, doctors and nurses in the invidious position which
obtains today, of having to break the 'law' should the child require to
use cannabis for one of its great many health applications. Placing the
child and others in this position is, of course, unconscionable... It
is also illegal, grievous and homicidal: on Health Grounds, denial of
cannabis to the population by the tyrannical edict of Prohibition 'law'
constitutes Crime Against Humanity...
Criticism of cannabis is
to be firmly rejected. These are the facts:
humans receive benefits to health from cannabis; whenever cannabis
moderates, reduces or replaces the use of those virulent pathogens of
addiction, alcohol and tobacco, by young people or others, the use of
safe cannabis is to be unequivocally endorsed as sensible, and
forthrightly recommended for the health-protecting Preventive measure
that it is. Deprecation of smoking tobacco, which damages health by the
effects of nicotine and radioactivity in the plant, is comme il
faut.

How can smoking Cannabis be healthy?
Isn't all smoking
bad for you?
Well, to be factually correct, it is untrue to say that 'all' smoking
is bad for you. Categorically, Cannabis is not only safe, but
beneficial to the lungs in their general use and in particular
instances, of specific medical value. The Tobacco Act is 100% illegal
when it comes to Cannabis as it is based on an assumption (just like
apartheid) that is a 100% blatant government
lie (just like apartheid). What kind of message is that to send to the
children?
Cannabis
is uniquely safe.
As a smoked substance it can be absorbed even if, for example someone
is vomiting uncontrollably. Smoked Cannabis can be used either to
relieve the nausea or to stimulate the appetite. If you took a tablet,
some of which are very expensive and vomit it up, not only did you
waste a lot of money but you received no medical benefit. Many patients
combine Cannabis with their doctor recommended treatment, such as those
suffering from cancer and receiving chemotherapy. Personally, I believe
a patient and doctor should decide what a medicine is based on how it
works for that patient. The Medicines Control Council, a government
department has no rights to DICTATE what a medicine is. They are not
doctors, they are corrupt politicians bought off by big
pharma.(Incidently, Russian translation of the word 'Soviet' means
'Ruled by Councils'. So the MCC is actually communist!)
In 1990, U.S. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop stated on U.S. national
television that
radioactivity peculiar to tobacco smoke is the source
to cancers.
Tobacco cultivation relies on soil fertilisation with uranium-rich
phosphates, which the tobacco plants absorb.
Ionising alpha radiation is emitted by tobacco and its airborne
particulates (smoke). Tobacco contains the following radioactive
elements:
radium-226
radon-222
polonium-210
lead-210
The death rate from lung cancer is the same from the smoking of low-tar
cigarettes as from high-tar cigarettes: radioactivity is thus confirmed
as the cause of cancers associated with smoking tobacco, not the
chemicals in vegetative smoke-tar.

Neither Cannabis or its smoke contains Nicotine.
Tobacco is the MOST highly addictive of drugs. It is easier to give up
heroin then stop smoking tobacco. Many people are capable of
non-addictive use of alcohol or heroin, nearly all cigarette smokers
are addicts.
Tobacco causes constriction of the vascular system, veins and arteries,
and also narrows all the airways of the lungs with consequent
measurable diminution of oxygen supply to the brain and muscles.

However, clinical Facts
show smoked
cannabis has ONLY
beneficial
results, and any disparagement of its smoking is the invalid
opinionated product of people manipulated by ulterior fictions.
Further, cannabis
mitigates drug use and helps
people give up harmful
addictions. An inequitable 'law' selecting cannabis from amongst
activities and substances, to restrict its use by young people or
anyone else is not simply illegal; it is insupportable because that
very denial actively causes ill health, by withholding from people the
efficacious Preventive benefits of cannabis use. This reveals the
reverse of the Prohibitionists' counterfeit coin, in whose obverse is
seen that Prohibition can only be installed for the purpose of
protecting profits, in particular amongst others, of those people who
seek to peddle ever greater quantities of their 'pharmaceutical'
laboratory-concocted, toxic, addictive, ultra high-priced drugs.
The realities
enjoin all decent people to confront with unstoppable
resolve, the 'politicians' and their indefensible Prohibition.
relentless moral and social pressure must be brought to bear until the
legal status of the healing herb is normalised by its full
RELEGALISATION.

Cannabis and Cancer
As stated before, Cannabis has been shown to kill cancerous cells, even
malignant ones! (see the 1974-1975 Medical College of Virginia tumour
research instigated by the National Institute of Health and the D.E.A.
for proof of the studies) Cannabinoids (the compounds found in the
natural plant Cannabis) have even been shown to be selective antitumour
compounds, as they can kill tumour cells without affecting their
non-transformed counterparts. It is believed that unique cannabinoid
receptors regulate cell-survival and cell-death pathways differently in
tumour and non-tumour cells.
If it can kill and prevent cancer, what else can this amazing plant do?
