Instead they reduced and eliminated malignant tumours with natural Cannabis, but government banned all further studies and classified the results.) If government imposed Prohibition of Cannabis is based on allegations of harm, then any government policy that causes even greater harm in unjustifiable, unreasonable and unacceptable.
 
The government must also justify their use of enforcement. The police and courts are more interested in weeding peoples gardens then catching real criminals, because as we all know, the police and real criminals work in cahoots together. The crime networks pay the salaries of the police, courts and customs. The real danger to this country is the refusal of police to catch the real crime kingpins, not someone smoking or growing a plant.

The basis of any statement must refer to and be founded, not on conjecture, but on the Evidence of empirical investigations into people's actual use of the herb. How scientific are opinions of grant-paid government 'scientists' who can't even produce one empirical study to back up their unscientific claims?
The word 'science' means, "the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment." No where does it say because someone wears a white lab coat and is paid by the government that they are now above repute and their words must be taken as divine. Unless proven empirically, its only a theory and inadmissible in court.

Albert Einstein was once asked how do you know if a scientist is telling the truth or just making claims to receive government grants. Albert Einstein replied that first you check the lab studies to make sure they performed the studies correctly. (Peer reviewed).
Then you duplicate the lab studies to get get the same results. Then, after that, you scrap all those studies and just see what happens empirically in nature to know the truth. Thats Albert Einstein speaking, not some grant-paid 'scientist' with an internationally unaccepted internet university degree who works for the government. I.E his multi million Rand salary depends on his disapproval of Cannabis. This is legally know as a Conflict of Interest.

Remember, if there was any REAL danger, the government would be able to show it to you empirically (not hypothetically or by using their own, grant-paid 'scientists' (read prostitutes)).
