Cannabis be fully restored to its historic and proper place, and the immediate legislative amendment to redefine Cannabis in law as "safe, legal, personal relaxant.".  

Cannabis was, and is, noted as effective in that it “stimulates mental powers,” “creates energy,” “alleviates fatigue,” is “refreshing and stimulating” “creates the capacity for hard work and the ability to concentrate,” “sharpens the wits,” and “sharpens the memory.”

Cannabis sativa and related species, e.g. (Indica/Ruderalis/Americana) a dioecious, herbaceous plant remarkable for its swift and prolific growth; a herbal or resious relaxant; an officinal ameliorant tonic; a safe, harmless substance smoked or taken orally, with numerous beneficial results to the enhancement of human health which are inseparable concomitant of the mild, pleasant sense of well-being rendered by its ingestion; an efficacious therapeutic substance with preventive and curative applications;
non-toxic; non-addictive, i.e. does not produce or induce physical or psychological dependence;
a substance with a long history of benefits to mankind;
yielding: seed as a staple food; vegetable oil; the standard fibre of textiles; cannabis tea, bhang; oleraceous herb;
yielding also: cellulose-rich and calorific hurds (i.e. the woody bulk residues after fiber decortication) which, by industrial process (such as pulp and paper-making, pyrolysis and/or cellulosic polymerisation, etc) are resource to:
all types of paper and card products; tree/timber substitutes;
charcoal; paints; varnishes; tars;
plastics, all types; explosives; man-made fibers;
fuel-oil; methanol; gasoline, jet fuel, lubricants; etc.;
the cannabis biomass Energy Equation (CBEE)* establishes and explains as fact how, by the Cannabis Biomass Resource & Pyrolysis Functions (CBRPF) Cannabis is the economical substitute for oil, natural gas and coal (the fossil fuels) and uranium, in the production of fuel and generation of electricity;
pollution-free, ecologically superior;
the herb and its products; cultivated and marketed agricultural and horticultural produce, traded in and promoted under the market conditions as applicable to other agricultural produce such as tea, coffee, oranges, tomatoes and wheat.
Remember, if there was any REAL danger, the government would be able to show it to you empirically (not hypothetically or by using their own, grant-paid 'scientists' (read prostitutes)). The fact that they cannot show you the harm empirically means they are deliberately lying to remove your freedoms which is a crime against humanity that the government must be held accountable for. We can never negotiate with the government until those who implemented and enforced these tyrannical laws are brought to justice.
