Cannabis was, and is, noted
as effective in that it “stimulates mental powers,”
“creates energy,” “alleviates
fatigue,” is
“refreshing and stimulating” “creates the
capacity
for hard work and the ability to concentrate,”
“sharpens
the wits,” and “sharpens the
memory.”

Re-legalisation
Relegalisation means,
and requires,
that Cannabis be fully restored to its historic and proper place, and
the immediate legislative amendment to redefine Cannabis in law as
"safe, legal, personal relaxant."
The Fallacy that is
'decriminalisation' ... part 1
Misnamed
'decriminalisation' is the most intensely criminogenic type of
Prohibition yet devised. It is unacceptable by principle.
It can never be appropriate to introduce legislation whereby a legal
demand situation is to be supplied primarily from a criminal
black
market.
How can these groups claim to be concerned with being allowed to
possess Cannabis, but deny individual or farmers the same right that
they claim to be fighting for, by preventing them from growing their
own.
"Decrim" is: the non-prosecution of possession of minuscule quantities,
but continued Prohibition of people's right to private Production and
Sale. Those proposing "decrim" deceitfully evade the Findings of Fact
which completely exonerate Cannabis from all the allegations of
'impairment' or 'harm' to mental and physical health.
Decriminalisation
is in reality a vicious Prohibitionist scheme foisted by the
unscrupulous upon the unthinking or the unfortunate. That Cannabis is
an ABSOLUTELY safe beneficial personal relaxant is an empirically
established reality, of which the scientific Findings of Fact,
summarised in the Constitutional issues section, are published and
available in the relevant Official Empirical Studies.
There are no legal,
medical or social
grounds for any legislation of
control or restriction. By comparison with safe Cannabis, tea and dairy
products are risky. Benign Cannabis qualifies to be more freely
available for people to cultivate or to trade in, than tea, wheat and
tomatoes. Controls of all types, including "decrim," are legally
untenable, anti-democratic, and produce numerous harmful effects.

The Fallacy that
is
'decriminalisation' ... part 2
Cannabis Prohibition has been and is a conspiratorial subterfuge, the
product of corrupt ulterior motives. in relation to Cannabis, the South
African drug laws, medicine laws and energy laws are abrogated. De
jure, all Cannabis related activities are, and always have been,
completely legal.
How can a country benefit from just not prosecuting people caught in
possession?
What about the industrial uses, the cost free production, the Cheapest
GREEN fuel, the Cheapest GREEN energy, the staple food, the fiber, what
about importing and exporting, what about Citizens who wish to become
care-givers?
"Decrim" does not address that. Based
on history, every time cannabis is legal, the government introduces a
TAX/PERMIT, that they then do not allow anyone to obtain, thus making
Cannabis illegal again.
Any person or organisation who claims to be a supporter of decrim or
legalisation but suggests a tax on the product, restrictions for adult
use only is in fact an imposer delivering
the perfect method to the government to keep it TOTALLY ILLEGAL. Wake
up people!
Organisations
like NORML
would rather see YOUR children suffer and die with their DECRIM ADULTS
ONLY policy, and TAX (what they call legal regulation) it out
of
the hands of the poor, the current cultivators and out of YOUR hands
and ONLY into THEIR hands, THEIR TAXED CONTROL. They are an
EUGENIST/ELITIST
organisation. NORML
should change their
name to NORMT with T standing for TAXES.
There is only one man fighting to inform you of your HUMAN RIGHT to
ALREADY use, cultivate, trade and possess Cannabis, and the fact that
the government has deliberately LIED about the plant, and that
man
is Justin Ballot.
Cannabis IS
legal already. Don't let NORML CON it away from you through TAX
regulations. ITS YOUR HUMAN RIGHT, and Human Rights are never TAXED,
LEGALLY REGULATED or FOR ADULTS ONLY!

Democracy Defined
... part 1
The word Government comes from the word
govern or 'to steer'. And the
word democracy means, ...
Democracy, the form of government in which the Sovereign Supreme Power
is vested in the Common People; the emancipation and ethos of society
produced by the power of Juries of ordinary citizens in Trial by Jury,
to vet, make, decide and enforce the law; the people rule.
Suffrage does not define nor does it produce democracy, for electoral
voting takes place in totalitarian, fascist, communist, and National
Socialist (NAZI), i.e., anti-democratic, states. Having been elected,
there is nothing to stop government from imposing control of an upper
house, reneging on pledges, nor from adopting any tyrannical measures
it chooses.
Governments
are comprised of human beings and are always fallible. In individual
cases or overall expression, personal and political affiliations,
education, income, private possessions and money, inheritance, taxation
and duties, race, beliefs, the public, social and/or free market, free
trade, in-vitro and surrogatum fertility, genetics, freedom of speech,
freedom of the (printing) press, customs, private practices,
personal
lifestyles, and religion.

Government
malevolently persecutes
people for things that are not crimes, as shown herein, generates and
fosters the greater part of all the real crime by the bias of its
vested interests.
Further, citizens are made to suffer judges' prejudices and
incompetence, and freemasonic oaths made over and above the
Constitution.
CONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL BY JURY IS THE ONLY PEACEABLE RESTRAINT OF
ANTIDEMOCRATIC ILLEGAL GOVERNMENTS.
A. Governments know that if their laws are just, they have nothing to
fear and they can have no (good) reason to prevent citizens from
judging on their justice.
B. Consequently, the actions taken by courts and governments to prevent
citizens from authoritatively judging the laws, can only be for the
purpose of enabling government judges to enforce injustices.
Ergo: the virulent consequences of government denying or subverting
Trial by Jury are predictable, premeditated and inevitable.
