Isn't Cannabis Illegal In South
Africa? Are You Not Taking The Law Into Your Own Hands?
In South Africa today, Cannabis is 100%
legal to be technically correct.
The government can make up what ever law they like, (we hire them to
make up laws. Its their job) but that does not mean that law can
automatically be applied
or is automatically valid. The government themselves have agreed that
all laws must
be constitutional,. The constitution is a promise only, so it is still
the duty of every person to stand up and challenge the validity of any
law if that law is illegal. That can only take place in the
Constitutional court.
Cannabis
is not illegal because they need to apply the law onto a person (if
they can validate it)
and because i am innocent until proven guilty, Cannabis is legal until
they validate the law that i have questioned, and ONLY once it has been
successfully applied and the criminal mind has been proven.
However...
The moment the government prevents citizens from questioning them,
thats called OPPRESSION. Ms Stander REFUSED to process the application
in
order to protect the government and oppress citizens of South
Africa. (The decision was made by the Registra, and NOT a Judge in line
with the law. Ms Stander claimed no citizen is allowed direct access to
the Constitutional court and who pays Ms Stander her salary and BONUS?
When I submitted Constitutional Court Case CCT 02/10, because the
government refused to answer a citizen who had submitted the correct
papers to the court, it became tyranny. Absolute power that cant
be questioned is the very definition of tyranny. I presented 41 counts
of treason against the government that they have refused to answer.
Human Rights laws state that, "Whereas it is essential, if man is not
to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion
against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected
by the rule of law" This protection has not happened as the government
claim they are above Human Rights laws.
So categorically speaking, at no point have I stepped outside of the
law (Human Rights laws) while the SA government has, in a bid to seize
ABSOLUTE POWER. Therefore, its the government themselves that are
illegal and my actions are 100% legal in terms of Universal Human
Rights, Constitutional and other Laws.
There is an old saying that the truth does not fear investigation. That
is why the government cannot allow this issue to go to court as long as
I am doing it.
Its the government who can't refute the facts, can't produce any
studies of their own.
So its either that, or the government have already agreed through their
silence that the laws are unconstitutional by not opposing the
application CCT 02/10.

If That Was True, Doctors, Lawyers,
Scientists And Other Unnamed 'Experts' would have told us already. They
Know Everything, You Are Just A Smoker.
Lawyers are not allowed to question the
validity of the governments laws, they are only allowed to APPLY the
SA law they have been taught parrot fashion. No Lawyer is even taught
how
to question the validity of laws, and if asked, they will tell you
thats its impossible. However, a Judge in the court will know
differently. The government has my defense already. If they could have
beaten it, they would have.
Scientists survive on grants given by the government. That is what the
Department of Science does, it hands out money to certain 'scientists'
who will provide 'results' that the government wants. R100 million
grant
every year is a lot of money to lose, and we all know that money
corrupts. If a scientist asked for a grant to prove that Cannabis plant
cured cancer, no grant will be given. (Medical College of Virginia
1974 studies CURED CANCER, but since that initial study, no further
funding has been granted to finish the last study needed.)
Doctors are licensed by the government themselves. If any doctor even
suggested that a patient use Cannabis today, that doctor would lose his
or her
license straight away and never be able to work again. So no doctor can
defy the MCC and their COMMUNISTIC DICTATES, even if you could find one
with the guts to stand up.
All the unnamed 'Expert" studies ever mentioned will always tell you
that the study conducted involved CANNABIS, but when you actually get
the study, they don't use Cannabis plant at all. (Go and check this if
you don't believe it.)
Instead, they used synthetic, man-made, lab produced, 95% concentrated
CHINESE Melamine tainted THC. These studies are not even accepted by
the SA courts because they are tainted studies. Its the 'colour of
science'
or 'pseudo science'.
There are even some 'scientific' studies where people are interviewed,
and because they claimed to have smoked Cannabis in their youth, its
taken as FACT. Of course they don't tell you that the treatment costs
R100000, but if you have ever smoked Cannabis, even one puff in your
youth, you qualify for FREE treatment. R100000 or FREE, just say you
took one puff. (I know what you would say, and so do you.)
After 1976, all human/Cannabis studies were banned by the U.N. because
EVERY SINGLE ONE returned safe, health-promoting results.
The studies I have named are the actual human, real cannabis plant
studies conducted by the governments themselves, and all confirm the
same thing, that Cannabis is uniquely safe. Some studies took place
over 40 years dating back to 1836.

If You Were Telling The Truth, The
Media Would Have Told Us Already. This Must Be A Lie.
For all those people who believe the
media, please show me the law, IN ANY COUNTRY ON THE PLANET, that
obligates the media to tell the truth.
I want a LAW written into the law books, not a Code of Conduct or
Practice that the media has 'promised'.
The REASON this law does not exist is because during a time of WAR, the
media is taken over by the government themselves. Usually its name is
changed to the 'Ministry of Information', but in this War of Terror
against US, the people, we are still lead to believe that the media
would never lie to us, when they admit themselves that they are the
governments propaganda arm. Their JOB is to lie to the public.
Media = Middle. Te media are the middle men between government and
ourselves.
The
media have been put on message not to allow any pro-cannabis stories,
or court victories against the government...total media blackout.
ALL media is authorised in the exact same way the doctors, lawyers and
scientists are; through a license issued by the GOVERNMENT. That is why
NO MEDIA (Paper, electronic, alternative) has ever questioned the
validity of the government. And if you even hinted at questioning the
validity of government, you will be 'let go' and given R12 million,
just ask the SABC.
So please go back to your Te-LEVI-sion and await further

You Are Crazy. The Police Won't
Allow You To Do This. They Will Just Arrest You And Put You In Jail.
Actually, the government knows exactly
what I am doing as I sent them a letter telling them, and as
for the police, I am not worried about them. First of all, they need to
get a warrant, and NO JUDGE will issue a warrant against me as the
State Attorney already has my defense. If arrested, I will
counter-charge the entire government with the 41 counts of TREASON I
have against them, as well as exposing the corruption of key Justice
personal in the South African legal system.
Of course the point of arrest is to ensure a suspect appears in
court to face charges. Because I already attempted to get the
case into court, that means arresting me would be considered an illegal
use of excessive force. I will also charge the unit they send and close
it
down, just like the Scorpions were closed down. You are looking at the
biggest settlement in SA legal history, and because I am not
motivated by money, guess what I will use that money for?
The fallout (because Jacob Zuma and the ANC made the mistake) will be
international.
For those who don't know, let me tell you a little 'secret', courts are
actually masonic temples (a temple
with no windows is a masonic temple). That means every judge has a
'duty', and if they are not going to uphold the 'rules', they know the
outcome already.
