Cannabis Sales - Legal Issues This is a power revolution, where those illegal, criminal government members are going to be held accountable for their treason against South Africa. It's not just about the (lack of) Criminality of Cannabis or applying the law and showing the guilt of a persons mind or criminal intent, it's initially about the Constitutionality and Human Rights validity of the governments Prohibition in the first place, and the resulting abuse inflicted upon the innocent citizens through unjustified laws and the funding of criminal syndicates to immortal levels. Remember, it's not the law that makes something illegal, it's your mind. There are two sets of laws when it comes to Cannabis. The governments unjustified Prohibition laws, and Human Rights Laws. Your mind makes you guilty and we do not wish to participate in any criminal activities. We, on the other hand, know about Human Rights Laws, and understand that unless the government can justify the laws first, they cannot be applied to us as they are illegal, unconstitutional and in violation of 41 international and universal laws. The government claims Cannabis is illegal, but Human Rights laws tell us that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. If the government can prove what we are doing is CRIMINAL and show the criminal intent and guilty mind, then they should have opposed the Constitutional court case CCT 02/10 and done so then. We fight for our rights and we fight against the criminal syndicates by removing their funding, unlike the tyrannical ANC government dictatorship who's policies fund crime. But as Thomas Jefferson said, the only Human Rights you have are the one's you are willing to fight for, and like everyone else, you will need to be willing to stand up and demand that the government justifies the Prohibition BEFORE you can plead guilty or not guilty and allow the law to be applied to you, and then to show your criminal intent and guilty mind in line with your most basic Human Rights (should the government ever interfere with you over the purchase of Cannabis.) "But we don't want to send the wrong message to the children Justin Ballot."   So the correct message is that government can totally violate and remove Human Rights based on a lie, government can make up ANY arbitrary laws it wants and no one can question them even if it results in MORE DRUGS> MORE CRIME> MORE CORRUPTION,>>> failure after monumental failure, and we as your loving protective parents are so pathetically weak and scared of the BIG GOVERNMENT, that we will do anything they dictate even to the detriment of our children? There are no Human Rights, the government is GOD and your faith in their system ensures your fate in it too. Go back to your te-LEVI-sion and await further instructions and re-programming. The idiots-lamp beckons... For the others that 'come alive' and are willing to stand up, the government has not and will not be able to justify the laws ever and will drop the charges. The more times this happens, the closer we get into forcing the change, and then holding all those current and ex government officials accountable for their treason against the country (including the two Nobel peace prize winners).  There comes a time when the people can no longer sit back and allow the criminals in government to rape, steal and destroy a country. They have abused the nation with Prohibition long enough. They have funded the criminal syndicates long enough. They have plunged us into debt under the guise of fighting crime, when in reality, its impossible to fight crime. Prohibition has funded to criminal networks with R1000 for every R1 the government spends. If a criminal syndicate approached you and said, "Take this bribe of R100000 a month tax free, or we kill you and your family, oh and by the way, we own the police so if you try and report this we kill you too", what would you do? The only way to end crime s to take the money away from crime. And is it not strange that the only people who oppose the re-legalisation of Cannabis in South Africa are the criminal syndicates and the government. Think about it, and think about who stands to gain from keeping Cannabis illegal. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. The government has lied to the people to keep their criminal syndicate FRIENDS like Aglioti empowered and ULTRA RICH, ABOVE THE LAW, and IMMUNE from prosecution. If you believe Cannabis is harmful in any way, shape or form, then PROVE IT BY REFUTING THE FACTS I SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT. The motive for keeping Cannabis illegal becomes very clear. The same motive that all dictators use to justify their existence. MONEY, POWER and CONTROL OVER THE SLAVES. We as individual humans must take our country back. "We, the people of South Africa, Believe that South Africa belongs to ALL who live in it, (not government, criminals, and corporations only)     Lay the foundations for a democratic and open society in which government is based on the will of the people (not will of the government) and every citizen is equally protected by law;( not automatically assumed guilty collectively)     Improve (in other word, less crime, real houses not sacks, and jobs) the quality of life of all citizens and free the potential of each person (not enslave them and criminalise lifestyles); and     Build a united and democratic South Africa able to take its rightful place as a sovereign state (we make our rules, not the United Nations that no one voted in) in the family of nations. Cannabis Law Validity The public of South Africa seem to believe that the government somehow OWNS this country and all who live in it are their serfs. They seem to believe that the government can make up any law it likes, and because the governments OWN LAWYERS claim its constitutional, that it is automatically valid and can never be questioned. The public believe that they are not allowed to defy illegal, unjustified and unreasonable laws and question the validity of the law and even the government itself. The government actually does not own a thing. 'We the people' own the government and the country and all the cities, buildings roads and laws, and we are the watchdogs. It is the duty of every human to stand up against tyranny and oppose it. And once opposed, if that government refuses to answer that citizen, that is TREASON. The public can choose to respond in two ways. Either like sheep, "Well they know whats best for us, we must only ever obey', or as individual humans who will not stand for an absolutely power-corrupted government by counter-charging the government and previous Presidents with TREASON. An animal would not accept being treated the way the government treats the public, and that is why the government treats you with less dignity then an animal. The 'War of Terror' is to terrorise the public so much that they will never question or disobey the government in the beehive called South Africa. Behave worker bee's. Beehive. Even the BBC is reporting the TOTALLY CORRUPTED POLICE AND SA GOVERNMENT. THIS IS TREASON PEOPLE ... WAKE UP. Cannabis Sales - Teenagers Currently, for both adults and children, the government claims that Prohibition is based on allegations of harm and harm reduction, yet it is these same policies that are now creating the organised crime. And if it was really only about harm reduction, why do they arrest end-users instead of treating them or helping them? 'We the government are going to protect you from the dangers of marijuana on the streets by putting you in jail where you will be raped, and get AIDS, become a member of a criminal gang and have access to MORE drug inside the prison (through the corrupt guards) then outside!" Thats why Prohibition can never be justified for society. But what about for children and teens?  When it comes to Cannabis and children, we believe this is an issue between the parents, the family doctor and the child (and not the government). The Doctor's job is to be a doctor, the government's job is to fix the broken stuff and SERVE. Fix means 'doctor' (to doctor something) so thats why the government suddenly think they are all doctors now. Dr Malema at your service. As for teenagers using Cannabis, we believe they are under the directorship of their parents until they turn 18, while the government allows your children to smoke RADIOACTIVE deadly cigarettes. Of course, there will be a tiny minority of irresponsible parents who will be opposed to the idea of their child or themselves purchasing for their teenager Cannabis off the internet. May I remind them of the other option if their teen chooses to find their own supply instead, on the downtown streets with access to all legal and illegal drugs, prostitution, stolen goods, guns, gangs, crime etc... think about it (and then think back to your own youth hypocrite!). Any parent who refuses their child access to the uniquely safe cannabis plant should have their children removed and be charged for abusing children. Only a disgusting parent would put their children in such danger. (Oh wait. I forget. they are ELITISTS who brought up their children to be perfect. They don't need Cannabis, they only need science.) Even if Cannabis was harmful (which it is not), placing your children in that situation is way more harmful. We challenge any parent, scientist or government to refute the facts on Cannabis submitted to the court first before you make any claims on Cannabis. We are the only approved coffeeshop in South Africa and when you buy from us, not only is it 100% safe, but we have instantaneously, single-handedly removed the ENTIRE criminal aspect and the organised crime element out of Cannabis INCLUDING police and court CORRUPTION, something this and the racist Apartheid governments are unable to do for over 100 years! Failed! Even the temptation for crime in gone. When you support Prohibition, all you are really supporting is organised crime Al Capone, gangs and criminality. You are actually supporting corruption of the police and courts and thats why the dockets always go missing and crime protected ...Prohibition has turned a crime wave into a crime and corruption TSUNAMI by finding new ways and products to enrich the powerful, immortal syndicates. You do  realise that if they made eggs illegal tomorrow, then the same people who supply the guns and drugs today would supply the (illegal) eggs tomorrow? All citizens need to make the decision today about which side they are really on because right now, most are ALL unaware of the actual side you are on, the side of ORGANISED CRIME, and they are thanking you all for that, because business is booming for them. (Them = Syndicates, government, security agencies) The next mall robbery/hijack/house breaking you hear about, THANK YOURSELF! (if you support prohibition.) All those stolen goods and funds go directly to the syndicates YOU help fund and protect (along with the SAPS). Government/SAPS is Prohibition. Prohibition IS Organised Crime. Therefore Government/SAPS is Organised Crime. The science is settled. DEMAND an end to it now and lets stop funding organised crime.   Corruption and Fraud on the Court Ms Stander, the constitutional court and the government of South Africa have not only continued the oppression, but they have decided TO LEAD IT. CCT 02/10, where a clerk of the court, Ms Stander claimed (under no authority) that no citizen may ever approach the Constitutional court directly, and a clerk of the court, a paid employee of the government, can over-ride the rules of the court and hand down her own 'directions' to oppress citizens and benefit her boss who pays her salary, bonus etc, while removing the authority of the Chief Justice and other judges in breach of the courts own rules! Ms Stander believes she can oppress. What judge would give away all judges authority... to a clerk?  The Court Director and Chief Justice ignored all correspondence addressed to them as if there was nothing wrong with the corruption of the Constitutional Court, meaning they are accomplices. The President has failed to act on this issue to restore faith in the rule of law.

Cannabis Sales - Justification Strange, for example, that if someone is caught with a SINGLE SEED of safe, non toxic, non addictive, non violent causing Cannabis, they could be assumed to be a dealer and given 25 years, while virtuous SAB and the other alcoholic companies can produce alcohol by the lake-load thats TOXIC, ADDICTIVE, and DOMESTIC-VIOLENCE / ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR INDUCING, but if you are caught with a grape seed they don't assume you will grow a vineyard of grapes and make illegal wine to sell. Thats government illegal logic for you and just another reason to add to the other illegal reasons government uses to ban Cannabis. In the same way you are allowed to drink alcohol (its your right), that does not mean its your right to go to work drunk. Cannabis is a RELAXANT that inspires and creates, heals and energises, and only once educated about real Cannabis use can the people make the correct decisions as to what strains to smoke, and when are the best times and situations to use them in. This safe natural Cancer, AIDS and M.S. treatment is a life-saving gift for everyone and can never be a crime in any way shape or form. And Alcohol is responsible for thousands and thousands of road deaths every year, blindness, vomiting and people acting stupid and insults certain religions, but apparently its a GOOD DRUG. In its pure form however, alcohol can be used to remove the THC-rich essential oils from Cannabis buds, (for smoking use or to cure cancer) so its not all negative.
