REMEMBER, if you don't tell the government that their actions are illegal and in violation of Human Rights and demand justification for the Prohibition of Cannabis, how will they ever know their actions are illegal? Don't give the government any excuses. Demand justification for the Prohibition laws today by writing to the President himself.

All you need to do is tell the government in a letter that you disagree with the Cannabis Prohibition laws as they violate your Rights, and you understand that they never opposed the constitutional court application CCT 02/10. As you have a copy of THE REPORT, from their silence you take that as meaning that they cant justify the Cannabis Prohibition laws, and the fact that no one is allowed to lie in court, THE REPORT is true and factual. (Otherwise Justin Ballot should have been charged with perjury.)

Based on that information, the laws are therefore illegal unless the government can reply with the governments official justification for the specific Human Rights and Bill of Rights it limits in terms of the Prohibition of Cannabis. (Within 1 calendar month from receipt of the letter.)

If the government cant justify its Cannabis Prohibition actions, those actions are illegal in terms of Human Rights and the constitution of South Africa and the government has breached the social contract to govern over you. The deal is, we give government authority to rule, but on the condition that they justify their laws and actions when asked.
