Prohibition Causes Crime
CANNABIS PROHIBITION CREATES, FUNDS, PROTECT, ENRICH AND SUPPORT ORGANISED, SYNDICATED, NETWORKED, VIOLENT, CORRUPTING CRIMINAL GANGS.
Any time a government criminalises anything that's not actually a
crime, they are creating crime. A crime is defined as an act that
deprives someone of their life, time, or property and must have a
victim, in accordance with the principles of liberty and Human Rights.
Being black, gay or female were all unjustified ‘crimes’ in
the past too.
Who can disagree that organised crime, criminal networks and
syndicates, the GREATEST threat to YOU as individual South Africans,
use that money to fund their illegal operations, bribe the police to
prevent arrests, corrupt the court officials to lose dockets or drop
the charges, and pay-off customs officials at turn a blind eye, thus
circumventing justice?
The reason South Africa has the highest crime rates and lowest
conviction rates is NOT by mistake, it’s by design, because of
the governments unreasonable and unjustified Cannabis Prohibition
policies that effectively protect and fund the hardest, most violent
criminal gangs.
Even if you don’t support Cannabis, no one can say that they
support crime or any policies that increase crime, protect and enrich
the criminals, or prevent prosecution. (Al Capone.)
JACOB ZUMA AND THE GOVERNMENT DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY CREATE, SUPPORT
AND ACTIVELY FUND THEIR PROTECTED ORGANISED CRIME NETWORKS AND VIOLENT
CRIMINAL SYNDICATES IN SOUTH AFRICA THROUGH UNCONSTITUTIONAL CANNABIS
PROHIBITION.
CANNABIS PROHIBITION IS GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED CRIME AGAINST SOUTH AFRICA
AND YOU ARE THE VICTIMS! CANNABIS RE-LEGALISATION WILL REMOVE CRIMINAL
FUNDING AND END THE STRANGLEHOLD OF CRIME AND CORRUPTION.
1. • Government-sponsored
Prohibition creates, funds, supports and protects organised crime;
meaning Prohibition is government-sponsored crime against the people of
South Africa.
2. • It is economically impossible
to fight crime until we remove the funding that is used to corrupt the
officials BEFORE the networks have a chance to use it.
3. • Re-legalising Cannabis will
remove the criminal funding in a constitutional way and integrate it
back into the economy for the good of all South Africans.
And if Prohibition is enforced by the
government, that means the government is actually empowering and
funding the criminals. Now you understand why the government REFUSES to
punish THEIR protected syndicates. (Glen Aglioti for example)
Remember, if there was any
REAL danger, the government would be able to show it to you empirically
(not hypothetically or by using their own, grant-paid 'scientists'
(read prostitutes)). The fact that they cannot show you the harm
empirically means they are deliberately lying to remove your
freedoms
which is a crime against humanity that the government must be held
accountable for. We can never negotiate with the government until those
who implemented and enforced these tyrannical laws are brought to
justice.
