In THE REPORT submitted to the Constitutional Court, based on the data of the official empirical researches and their stated conclusions, the following are Findings of Fact from The Report:
CANNABIS . . .
1) is not toxic in any possible quantity and incapable of inducing a fatality in a human.
2) is not addictive, physically or psychologically with no dependence.
3) is not a pathogenic, does not cause physical or mental deterioration, has no adverst effects to mental or physical health.
4) does not cause skill impairments.
5) is benign.
6) has no potential for abuse, or maltreatment of the user, cannabis has no potential for harnm or danger.
7) does not cause crime.
8) does not lead to hard drugs.
9) mitigates, reduces and can preclude the use of drugs.
Where Cannabis is concerned, the legislation of its prohibition...
1) is, in its entirety, without factual foundation.
2) is based on mendacity.
3) is itself illegal on numerous grounds including Local, Constitutional and International Law.
4) is perjurious in prosecution.
5) the acts of its enforcement are a crime per se; people persecuted thereby qualify for amnesty and Restitution.
6) the ignoring of these aforegoing Findings of Fact by courts and legislature is ex parte, the crude and illegal denial of Justice.

No report on Cannabis Prohibition, Human Rights and the law, could be considered complete without addressing this issue of cannabis use by young people.
There are proposals to 'legalise' for adult use only, and restrict access to cannabis similar to alcohol. This suggestion is inapproptiate in many ways, but at its core lies the misconceived 'belief' in some part or other of the Prohibitionists' 'harm-stories', which the official investigations establish as disproven. This wrong 'belief' is the appalling consequence of years of mendacity, and is the expression of ignorant fear, not caution.
Alcohol and drugs are toxic and addictive. That is why they are controlled and restricted on several grounds. Cannabis is 100% non-addictive, and 100% non-addictive.
Controls of alcohol are emplaced to minimise rishs to children. This is wholly proper but incomplete without thorough education to make young people and adults aware of the serious potential for harm which accompanies alcohol use.
An additional consideration against the afforesaid proposal of adults-only restriction, is that, for as long as doctors are disallowed from issuing prescriptions for cannabis as Preventive and Curative medicament, the 'legalising' of cannabis exclusively for adults, leaves children, parents, doctors and nurses in the invidious position which obtains today, of having to break the 'law' should the child require to use cannabis for one of its great many health applications. Placing the child and others in this position is, of course, unconscionable... It is also illegal, grievous and homicidal: on Health Grounds, denial of cannabis to the population by the tyrannical edict of Prohibition 'law' constitutes Crime Against Humanity.
Criticism of cannabis is to be firmly rejected. These are the facts: humans receive benefits to health from cannabis; whenever cannabis moderates, reduces or replaces the use of those virulant pathogens of addiction, alcohol and tobacco, by young people or others, the use of safe cannabis is to be unequivocally endorsed as sensible, and forthrightly recommended for the helth-protecting Preventive measure that it is. Deprecation of smoking tobacco, which damages health by the effects of nicotine and radioactivity in the plant, is comme il faut. However, clinical Facts show smoked cannabis has ONLY beneficial results, and any disparagement of its smoking is the invalid opinionated product of people manipulated by ulterior fictions. Further, cannabis mitigates drug use and helps people give up harmful addictions. An inequitable 'law' selecting cannabis from amongst activities and substances, to restrict its use by young people or anyone else is not simply illegal; it is insupportable because that very denail actively causes ill health, by witholding from people the efficacious Preventive benefits of cannabis use. This reveals the reverse of the Prohibitionists' connterfeit coin, in whose obverse is seen that Prohibition can only be installed for the purpose of protecting profits, in particular amongst others, of those people who seek to peddle ever greater quantit111ies of their 'pharmaeceutical' laboratory-concocted, toxic, adictive, ultra high-priced drugs.
The realities enjoin all decent people to confront with unstoppable resolve, the 'politicians' and their indefensible Prohibition. relentless moral and social pressure must be brought to bear until the legal status of the healing herb is normalised by its full RELEGALISATION.

Our Illegal Government
Imagine if a government came up with a rule that said, 'One black man or Jew may cause harm to this area, so lets make a 'law' called the Group Area's Act or Nuremberg laws, and ban ALL black people or Jews from that area. That way, no harm will be done'.
Technically that argument may be true, but its still in violation of HUMAN RIGHTS and therefore illegal. A law cannot punish innocent people based on the unproven possibility that harm may be caused by, or upon one individual, so therefore it must apply to all. That is discrimination. All are automatically guilty of a crime you did not commit, as anything not expressly premitted is prohibited, and therefore are punished through the illegal limitation of your right to freedom. Thats what the Apartheid and Nazi governments did.
The hybrid ANC (a mixture of civillian-crushing Apartheid-Nazi policies) lead government and Jacob Zuma, want to restrict access to not only the poor, but also to the children so they can engage in some form of sick plutocratic-induced suffering and extermination of its people by illegally withholding the health-promoting, safe, benign herb, Cannabis.
These eugenic and genocidal Policies Against the Poor (PAP), such as restricting access by age group, or taxing Cannabis to keep it out of the hands of the poor shows us the real Apartheid-Nazi agenda of this government...to protect the profits of their friends in big-business, while the SAPS Serves And Protects the Syndicates, even if it causes premature death to innocent South African citizens. Marijuana is the ever-green pharmacy, not the 'Hospital Group Areas Act' medical scheme run by the government.
Even Bheki Cele has violated the constitution. Bheki Cele, who some now refer to as 'The Black Himmler' because of their common hatred of Human Rights, stopped and seached citizens for no justifiable reason other then the TV cameras were there, and he ordered his Gestapo FORCE to use deadly FORCE as The Final Solution To The Crime Problem, in 100% violation of the Bill of Rights, article 11. (Not to mention that its meant to be a SERVICE and a democratic government would actually SERVE, and not FORCE). When the person in charge of the police violates the highest laws in the land on his first day on the job,
all doubt is removed over the criminal intentions of our government.
This dictatorships 'laws' (PAP), the enforcement of those 'laws' and the Rivonia-style judicial system of 'Trial by Government-paid-state-employee' Judge, not Jury, with regard to Cannabis are in violation of international, constitutional, common and natural laws, and as such are a Crime Against Humanity.
We would not need a Constitutional court or any new Bills of Rights to protect us if we had Trial by Jury.
On the one hand, Prohibition promotes crime and corruption protected through huge black market profits, and on the other hand, the government protects monopolies (Big pharma, Petro-chem, Eskom, Sappi, Food) who make it too expensive for millions of South Africans to get medical treatment, travel, to live, to read and to eat. The crime syndicates pay the salaries to the government officials (bribes) because the government salaries are so low, and the big protected monopolies pay huge tax to the government from protected profits that the people never see the benefit of.
Together, it results in premeditated murder of innocent South Africans in the name of protected profits for the elite. The entire government is guilty of treason against its people.
The other political parties have abandoned the poor, and the trade union leaders dont care or fight anymore, as their pockets are full of money and they don't care how much food, transport, medical etc costs the poor. As long as the slaves pay their union fee, thats all that matters to the union. As long as the general public only vote once every five years, and dont get involved in politics any other time.
The unions and political parties cant speak out against the Fuhrer,... he will be furious. Lets all Umshini wami instead, and celebrate the starvation, and sickness, the lack of jobs and AIDS. Lets all celebrate and sing that for 15 years, the black man is still living in a shack. Lets all celebrate that the criminals now run this country with the big company momopolies, and the government does not need to do anything any more.
